The Sharp SP203A Programmable Imprinter is an inline thermal transfer printing system. It combines superb print quality with high speed, to create appealing, cost effective packaging that enhances the image of your product. Sharp's thermal transfer imprinter instantly imprints bar codes, graphics and alphanumeric fonts directly onto your E-Z Bags® at the point of packaging.
E-Z to use, our imprinters have full interfacing capabilities to our packaging equipment and are compatible with many of the label creation software packages.
Sharp offers their imprinter in the traditional "Stand-Behind" version as well as the patented "Integrated" version, which allows you to print on the First Bag Out.
Sharp Imprinters are exceptionally E-Z to set up, operate and maintain, using Sharp's pivoting print head technology!
The SP203A does not require mechanical adjustment, just download a label and print directly onto many different media types allowing you to eliminate costly paper labels.

FONT AND CHARACTER SUPPORT
- Nine alphanumeric fonts from 0.035"H (.89mm) to .42"H (16mm) and OCR-A, OCR-B; CG Triumvirate™ from AGFA® in both portrait and landscape orientations (from 6 to 48 point sizes).
- Default character Set: Modified IBM® Code Page 850; includes characters for English and most European speaking countries.
- Additional 67 code pages to support downloaded or optional fonts including Greek, Cyrillic, Turkish and Arabic characters.
- Five double byte encodings to support Asian and Unicode fonts.
- Font Expansion/Rotation: All fonts expandable vertically and horizontally up to 24x; fonts and graphics can be printed in four directions: 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°
