Problem: This new application was assessed as a high cost operation to hand bag large and heavy bolts, including the labor and expense to apply labels by hand.
Solution: MAX™ with integrated bowl feeder, and Imprinter. Sharp's E-Z Bags® manufactured from multi-layer "fastener film."
Benefits: Sharp's recommended system eliminated the need to hire an estimated 2-3 full time people to package manually. Bar coding of product is done at the point of packaging.
